At Wealth & Confidence Inc., every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made with intention. We take great pride in the quality of our artisan products and want you to shop with complete confidence.
Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color and construction are not considered defects — they are a hallmark of authentic artisan craftsmanship.
Final Sale Items The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Waist beads and intimate accessories
- Skincare and fragrance products
- Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
- All items purchased in person at festivals, pop-up events, markets, or any other live events are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange
How to Request a Return Email us at wealthandconfidenceinc@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right promptly.
